Featured in:

C&H Precision (CHPWS), an industry-leading designer and manufacturer of precision optics, optics adapter plates, and pistol slide milling upgrades, is pleased to announce the appointment of GW Ayers as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

In this role, Ayers will lead the company’s strategic sales initiatives and marketing efforts, leveraging his extensive background in the defense and firearms industries to drive growth and expand market reach.

Ayers with the soldiers of his Iraqi infantry battalion about to stop off near Tal Afar, 2005. On this particular deployment, Ayers, a retired SFC, was the senior enlisted advisor for an active unit of partner forces in an extremely active area of operations.

Ayers, a native of rural Virginia, served 22 years in the U.S. Army before transitioning to the defense industry, where he worked for a leading manufacturer. He later moved into the firearms sector, founding and operating several high-end retail stores and shooting ranges. He also serves as the CEO of a 501(C)(3) charity dedicated to assisting homeless veterans.

Suffice it to say his deep industry experience, passion for customer service, empathy, and leadership experience make him a valuable addition to the C&H Precision team.
