New SAINT Victor 5.56 Pistol Just Dropped

Featured in:

Springfield Armory has just expanded its popular SAINT Victor lineup with the introduction of a new 5.56mm AR pistol—and it looks like another solid addition for anyone in the market for a compact, hard-hitting firearm.

The new SAINT Victor Pistol in 5.56mm brings together the reliability and performance of the Victor series in a package that’s short enough for tight spaces but still delivers full-powered 5.56 capabilities. Sporting an 11.5″ CMV barrel, this pistol features a classic birdcage-style flash suppressor, a full-length Picatinny top rail for optics, and a nickel boron-coated flat-faced trigger for smoother, more consistent breaks.

Under the hood, you’ll find a carbine-length direct impingement gas system—Springfield’s tried-and-true setup that’s proven itself across the entire Victor line. The handguard is free-floated and comes with M-Lok slots, a handstop, and a QD sling mount at the rear for easy carry configurations.

A few upgrades make this pistol more than just a chopped-down rifle. Outfitted with an SB Tactical SBA3 brace (yes, the one everyone recognizes), it also includes a B5 Systems Type 23 P-Grip, polymer trigger guard, and a 45-degree short-throw ambi safety—a nice touch for left-handed shooters or fast-hand transitions. Springfield rounds it out with flip-up sights and a 30-round PMAG to get you running out of the box.

According to Steve Kramer, Springfield’s VP of Marketing, “The new SAINT Victor Pistol in 5.56mm adds yet another layer of capability to the SAINT Victor line. Offering compact handling combined with the ballistic performance capabilities of its 11.5” barrel, this new SAINT is built for performance in tight spaces.”

MSRP is set at $1,150, positioning it competitively against other premium AR pistols in this category—especially considering the upgraded controls and features.
