Incog XS Targets the P365 and Glock 43X Crowd

Featured in:

Safariland and Haley Strategic Partners are back with another round of their concealment collaboration — this time aimed squarely at the subcompact and micro-compact crowd. The new Incog XS is a streamlined, minimalist evolution of the Incog X platform that TTAG reviewed favorably when it first dropped — same Boltaron-and-microfiber-suede DNA, but stripped down to a single-clip rig built for guns that are already small to begin with.

“From the beginning, our focus with Safariland was simple: build a holster that disappears when you need concealment, but performs without compromise when it matters most,” said Travis Haley, CEO and founder of Haley Strategic Partners. “The Incog XS reflects that mindset, minimalist in footprint, adaptable in configuration and built for real-world carry. Whether you’re running appendix or strong-side, it gives you the ability to dial in comfort, concealment and access without unnecessary complexity.”

“Our continued partnership with Haley Strategic Partners reflects a shared commitment to evolving alongside the needs of today’s every day carry user,” added Greg Freeman, vice president and general manager of Safariland Duty Gear. “With the Incog XS, we’re building on a proven platform to deliver solutions that are shaped by real-world feedback and designed to meet the expectations of the modern customer.”

What’s New (and What Carries Over)

The Incog XS keeps the things that made the Incog X work — the microfiber suede-wrapped Boltaron body, passive retention, RDS compatibility — and trims away the rest. Where the original Incog X shipped with twin clips and an optional mag caddy, the XS goes single-clip and subcompact-sized, with an over-the-belt polymer clip designed to maximize concealment and minimize printing on already-small guns like the SIG P365 family, Glock 43X/48, Hellcat, and similar micros.

Safariland is also leaning hard on the platform’s adaptability. The XS includes Clip Strut Shims in three sizes for tuning concealment depth, an ambidextrous body that converts from right-hand to left-hand, and the LinXS Attachment System, which now supports wear positions from 3 to 6 o’clock. That last detail matters: the original Incog X was effectively an appendix-first design, and the XS is being positioned as appendix-or-strong-side without compromising either.

This is a familiar move for Safariland on the EDC side. Their Schema IWB took a similar minimalist approach for subcompacts, and the XS reads like the next logical step — the Incog X’s deeper feature set, scaled down to where most concealed carriers actually live.
