[SHOT 2026] Alpha Foxtrot Attila: Comped 1911 for Carry

Featured in:

Alpha Foxtrot has built a reputation for producing modernized 1911 and 2011 style pistols that blend classic ergonomics with contemporary features.

One of the company’s most innovative offerings is the AF1911-S15, a compact officer size 9mm 1911 engineered to accept Shield Arms S15 magazines originally designed for the Glock 48, providing a 15+1 capacity in a notably slim, carry friendly package.

Alpha Foxtrot has expanded the S15 lineup with the Attila, a compensated, carry size pistol aimed squarely at the modern concealed carry market.

The Attila is red dot ready, featuring an RMSc optic cut with an included adapter plate that allows compatibility with optics using the RMR footprint.

Recoil mitigation comes via a thread-on compensator that is designed to sit flush with the frame, preserving the pistol’s compact profile while adding functional performance benefits without unnecessary bulk.

Keeping in mind Alpha Foxtrot machines their product line in house, the stated MSRP starts at only $1199. The Atilla is certainly competitive with other carry style 1911s on the market.
